The chocolate comes out unbelievably smooth, and the included tube of flakes melts right in for an extra touch. I’ve used it every evening since it arrived and it’s become my favorite little ritual.

The chocolate flakes melted in perfectly and the whole thing stayed warm through both mugs. Cleanup was straightforward since the spout pours without dripping everywhere, which I wasn't expecting from a frother this compact.

Two cups of silky dark hot chocolate in about five minutes, and the extra dark setting gives it that proper rich bitterness I crave. Cleanup is just a quick rinse since nothing sticks to the jug, which honestly makes me use it way more than my old stovetop method.
